One of our client is planning to do post installed rebar job at tempuratures as high as degrees Centigrade. Though the data sheet indicates that RE v4 works upto temperatures degrees with stregnth reduction. But still he is a bit skepticle.
Can i Have any input on this like any specific literature or examples of application. I have a 4 bolt cast-in-place anchor bolt pattern where 2 of the bolts are miss-located. The contractor would like to cut off the miss-located bolts and install new threaded rod with epoxy adhesive. The diameter of the hole is the same as the diameter of the anchor being used. To ensure proper anchor location, use the fixture as a template. Using a hammer, drive the Kwik Bolt TZ into the hole.
